Indonesian Business Report: Hidden Opportunities.

Background:

Based on the data supplied by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), this study aims at revealing what could be relatively considered as successful and undervalued companies. Inspired by “Ugly Duckling” story by Hans Christian Andersen, the aim is to discover companies that could could become “Swans” in in terms of P/E and P/BV ratios.

Global investors look at any company in Indonesia in the same way they look at similar companies abroad. If a company’s valuation lags behind competitors overseas, it could be leaving money on the table.
