The idea is to offer a workshop or “bootcamp” for companies interested in exit strategies, valuation assessments, and market position. This would provide them insights into potential valuation metrics, what buyers may look for, and key financial benchmarks they may need to meet. Additionally, it could include sessions on preparing documentation, understanding buyer expectations, and positioning for the best valuation. Bringing in experts to speak on these topics can add significant value.
