A few people have asked me about the Binance allegations and settlement.

The Binance allegations and settlements, in my view, bring a lot of bad news in which regulators and the DOJ seem more preoccupied with the business competition of political contributors than with harming consumers. However, I believe there is some good news in the settlement, particularly towards the end.
