Substance over Noise: Instead of wasting time with generic seminars and irrelevant presentations, the NLDR 2025 Indonesian Private Equity Conference brings together private equity investors and quality companies that are ready to engage. Each company is fully prepared with comprehensive financial accounting statements and concise descriptions, making it possible for all parties to have meaningful conversations. Whether it's financing, purchase, M&A activity, or simply improving enterprise value, the focus is on genuine opportunities that move businesses forward.

What could truly intrigue companies and private equity firms? A chance for companies to assess their value in the private or public marketplace—no strings attached. As an entrepreneur, I found books like One Up on Wall Street invaluable, helping me think about my company's worth even when I didn’t want to sell.
The idea is to offer a workshop or “bootcamp” for companies interested in exit strategies, valuation assessments, and market position. This would provide them insights into potential valuation metrics, what buyers may look for, and key financial benchmarks they may need to meet. Companies will get to meet with the best in finance and investors can talk to their ideal clientele..

This approach benefits both the companies participating—by helping them refine and understand their valuation—and NLDR, by positioning us as facilitators of high-value exit opportunities.
