Check-In Instructions

Welcome to Your Stay!

We’re excited to host you and hope you enjoy your time at our property. To ensure a smooth and easy check-in, please follow the steps below:

Before You Arrive:

1. Check-In Time: Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. If you need an early check-in, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. Address: BB Garden Resort Bali (GG Blue Villa), Jl. Subak Canggu, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
3. Parking: If you’re driving, there is a garage at our villa that fits one small/medium car and 2 motorcycles. You can also ask our helper to secure a parking spot in front of our villa complex.

Upon Arrival:

1. Entry Method:
   • Physical Key: Our helper is on standby from morning to evening, also based on your request (let us know what time you will arrive).
     • After retrieving the key, please return it to our helper to ensure it’s there for the next guest.

During Your Stay:

1. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
2. Contact: If you have any issues or questions during your stay, please feel free to contact us through Airbnb messaging or at +62 882-9039-2092.
3. Check-Out: Before 12:00 PM (let me know if you request a late check-out).
   • Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
   • Before You Leave:
     • Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked.
     • Turn off all lights and appliances.
     • Place used towels on the floor.
