This service exists for institutional lenders such as banks and non-bank lending institutions.
The company’s managers have significant experience in establishing accounting systems for profitable yet difficult asset classes such as receivables and inventory as well as public securities. Recently Levenstein, Vaceva & Company formed on behalf of an institutional investor a special purpose entity to do substantially similar loan purchases and servicing to Mongoose Income Fund, but using the rules and procedures mandated by the client. In the past we have also managed on behalf of a lender inventory for a $50,000,000 sales enterprise that went into receivership.
In addition to data systems, the company incorporates innovative physical tracking technologies such as RFID and GPS to its work.
