By going into difficult asset classes that LVC can manage well we have beat and hope to continue to beat returns on public equities and bonds as evidenced by proxies such as the S&P 500 and Barclays Global Bond Indices. Our cash flow is significantly better than most publicly available investments because we distribute principal investment as well as profits or loss every month. From inception in February 2009 through the present we have paid out over 4% of our investors’ principal investment on a monthly basis. LVC can lose money also, but we lessen the risk of our investors by allowing them the discretion to reinvest or not. To our knowledge our approach is unique in our industry.
